Whisper Bloom provides bespoke floral arrangements, event styling for weddings and corporate functions, daily flower deliveries, preserved flower art, engaging terrarium workshops, and expert plant consultations. Our online platform allows for browsing designs and placing orders for these services.
2. Online Orders and Payment
- Pricing: All prices displayed on our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful submission of an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Payment: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform. All payments must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
- Substitutions: Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and quality of the arrangement if specific blooms are unavailable.
3. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services within Singapore. Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided at the time of order.
- Delivery Times: While we endeavour to meet all requested delivery times, specific time slots cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if there are any significant delays.
- Recipient Availability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If the recipient is not available, we may leave the items in a safe place, with a neighbour, or arrange for redelivery (which may incur additional charges).
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Standard Orders: Cancellations for daily flower deliveries and standard arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- Event Styling & Workshops: Specific cancellation policies apply to event styling, workshops, and bespoke large-scale orders. These will be clearly outlined in your individual service agreement or booking confirmation. Generally, a non-refundable deposit may be required, and cancellations may incur charges based on proximity to the event date.
- Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence and resolve the issue through replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including floral designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Whisper Bloom and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
